The Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) has been updated several times, and many employers are no longer sure if they qualify for rebates. A recently enhanced relief fund application and eligibility tool launched by Evolved ERC can help employers to maximize their rebates, offering them an additional rewards program that is not available from other firms.

More information about ERTC eligibility and the employee rewards program can be found at

Evolved ERC has updated its application process to help employers claim their maximum allowable rebate, even if they were ineligible under the original ERTC guidelines. Their rebate program is available to all employers with 500 or fewer full-time W-2 employees, with no upfront fees, and no risk.

Employers can determine if they qualify for a rebate using the Evolved ERC eligibility assessment, which can be completed in approximately one minute by answering a few simple questions. The assessment does not require any proprietary business information and is available at no cost and with no commitment.

Eligible employers can receive help from ERTC specialists to calculate their maximum rebates for the entire duration of the ERTC program or just the specific fiscal quarters during which they qualify. Evolved ERC will also provide assistance in completing and filing the paperwork, as well as tracking the tax credit refunds.

The rebate service assists employers who were ineligible under the original ERTC guidelines due to having too many employees or having already enrolled in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Unlike the PPP, ERTC rebates are not a loan, never need to be repaid, and have no restrictions on how they can be spent.

Evolved ERC’s employee rewards program is presented as an additional option from the employer, with no cost to the company, and allows staff members to make a donation to a charity of their choosing. Studies have shown that helping employees support causes they believe in can increase pride in their work and their loyalty to the company.

While individual rebates will vary, Evolved ERC has helped clients to claim rebates ranging from a few thousand dollars to nearly $3 million. There is no risk to use the eligibility assessment or rebate service; any employer that does not qualify or does not receive a rebate will not be charged.
